The hazard perception section can be a little bit awkward at times, some hazards i spotted with ease and yet although i clicked bang on, it was telling me id failed. After completing the coaching i was passing with ease getting scores of high 90s each time. This gave me a baseline of where i was at with my knowledge. I passed two (barely) and failed two miserably. I downloaded the app and worked my way through four mock tests prior to doing the coaching section. It’s also very easy to use and I could squeeze it in to doing half an hour in my lunch break/commute.Īs many others have said, this app is the mutts nuts, i passed my real life theory test first go with the help of this app. But I still passed with 48/50 correct answers so the app helped me prep well.
It was in these questions that I lost a few marks in my test. My only criticism is that I was under the impression the app would take me through every question that could come up in the theory test and there were about 5/50 question in my real test that were about information that hadn’t come up in the app practice and I had to take a best guess. I wouldn’t have passed them without practice.
In particular the hazard perception videos where invaluable as I learned how they wanted me to click to get hough marks and I saw myself improve as I went through the videos. But I didn’t use anything else to practice and passed my test first time with a healthy margin. I completed the coach mode training which took about 8 hours in total and also completed all the hazard perception videos which probably took another 3 hours.
